Global Financial Systems Co-Op - Spring 2026 Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. THE ROLE Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Global Financial Systems Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This co-op will allow you to build your experience working in a global, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will get exposure to enterprise financial systems and AI integration strategies. You'll also gain mentorship from experienced professionals in finance and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful automation and innovation initiatives.

  • Learn and support enterprise financial systems including SAP and BlackLine.
  • Research and implement automation opportunities using PowerApps, Power BI, and RPA tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) to document and optimize business processes.
  • Complete documentation related to assigned initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects to simplify and automate workflows.
  • Participate in training sessions, roundtables, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and present findings on their applicability to financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and automation tools.
  • Interest in enterprise systems and a passion for digital transformation.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Graduation date of Spring 2026 or later.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student.
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
  • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program.
