In this role you will be responsible for support and overseeing the daily activities within the Jersey City Monitoring team to support AML/Sanctions screening-related activities. You will also provide oversight of, and guidance to team members performing sanctions reviews to ensure that dispositions are appropriate and documented in a consistent manner. Some of the responsibilities include developing and maintaining a team focused on balancing sanctions risk and AML/reputational risks, as well as providing reviews of escalated alerts from the team that were generated from multiple sources included but not limited to money movements, security set-ups and transactions, trades, corporate actions, client-related names and regulations.
