Requirements

• You are a seasoned leader with significant experience in technical accounting, external financial reporting, and regulatory environments.

• You stay current on evolving accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape accounting policy and technical accounting interpretations for complex and judgmental transactions.
• Lead external financial statement reporting, including coordination with external auditors and alignment with governance bodies.
• Oversee financial regulatory reporting and examination support, ensuring credibility, consistency, and strong regulator relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor bridging Accounting and Business Finance on complex technical and regulatory matters.
• Play a pivotal role in standing up an Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Center of Enablement to strengthen controls and scalability.
