About The Position

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing health challenges. The Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC or Coalition) is a global partnership of more than 560 public, private, and non-governmental organizations dedicated to ensuring that all people have equitable access to a broad choice of safe, effective, affordable supplies needed to ensure their sexual and reproductive health throughout their lives. RHSC is a unique global partnership that offers a neutral “safe space” where experts can leave their institutional hats at the door and build on common ground. It brokers partnerships across all sectors and regions; convenes a critical mass of partners to achieve results no partner could accomplish on its own; and draws from a diverse, flexible resource base to pursue activities that may fall outside the remit of an individual donor. RHSC’s large and diverse membership offers an accessible brain trust, and RHSC’s respected name brings credibility and trust. Our global Secretariat is staffed and managed by PATH. PATH, on behalf of the Coalition Secretariat, is seeking a Control Tower Planning Manager (CTPM) for the Global Family Planning Visibility and Analytics Network (VAN). The VAN is the first fully scaled control tower in international public health. The VAN's more than 140 member organizations, including 38 country governments, can track in real time over 13,000 shipments of 87 products across 154 countries. The VAN seamlessly integrates what were once multiple siloed data and analytical processes into a single collaborative platform. The CTPM plays a critical leadership role in the implementation of the VAN, overseeing the day-to-day business processes within the VAN Control Tower (including internal staff and external sub-contractors) and works to define and implement process improvements.
