Responsible for defining deficiencies and areas for enhancement, prioritizing improvement initiatives, ensuring aligning with corporate strategies, formulating programs or projects, and implementing these plans within Facilities Operations and Maintenance. Conduct theoretical and tactical analysis of Operations and Maintenance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and develop programs or projects for the leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate and organizational strategies. Deploy these programs or projects globally across Facilities sites to enhance worker safety and system reliability by developing Best-Known-Methods processes and applications. Perform audits to verify compliance across all Facilities sites. Foster continuous improvement through the dissemination of lessons learned and the adoption of emerging technologies within the semiconductor industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program or Project Manager-related occupation.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management techniques, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Ability to create and maintain project roadmaps to guide teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Experience managing project roadmaps using tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Wrike.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for managing and deploying applications.
