About The Position

As Global Executive & Internal Communications Lead, you are responsible for shaping and delivering enterprise‑wide employee communications that drive alignment, clarity, and business impact across a global organization. Operating with significant autonomy and influence, you partner directly with the executive leadership team, including the COO, CFO, CTO, and CHRO, to define a unified global communications approach that supports corporate priorities and front‑line data center operations. This role sets strategy, owns execution, and continuously evolves global channels, governance, and capabilities to elevate how employees engage with and act on company priorities at scale.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in internal or corporate communications with significant global scope
  • Proven ability to influence and advise C‑suite and senior executives
  • Experience owning enterprise‑wide communications strategies with demonstrated, measurable impact
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align communications to company strategy and performance
  • Experience leading large‑scale, high‑production communications initiatives, including video‑led and multimedia experiences
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating AI into communications workflows while maintaining high editorial standards
  • Experience with modern communications and collaboration tools and platforms, including video and broadcast solutions (e.g., Vimeo, Teams), intranet and digital signage platforms, employee listening tools (e.g., Glint), and emerging AI‑enabled communications technologies
  • Strong understanding of video and digital production workflows with experience directing external vendors
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, highly matrixed global environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead global employee communications strategy aligned to enterprise priorities (Grow, Simplify, Execute, Collaborate)
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on messaging, positioning, and delivery
  • Own end‑to‑end communications for high‑visibility, enterprise‑wide moments, including Global and Business Unit All‑Hands, Leadership Forums, and other flagship initiatives
  • Partner closely with Operations, Health & Safety, and regional leaders to translate business priorities into clear, actionable communications for front‑line data center teams
  • Define and drive a unified global communications approach, ensuring consistency of messaging, cadence, and priorities across regions and functions
  • Own and continuously evolve the global communications ecosystem including intranet, video, digital signage, and executive channels
  • Define editorial strategy and manage a global content calendar, including video‑led and digital‑first storytelling
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance the speed, quality, personalization, and scale of global communications
  • Set, track, and report on engagement, reach, and business‑impact KPIs, including employee listening and feedback loops
  • Establish global standards, governance, and best practices, and manage external vendors and partners as the function scales
