The Global Events Marketing Manager at Oritain is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global events marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives. This role involves planning and managing a diverse range of events, from large trade shows to intimate conferences, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement on a global scale.

  • Own, develop, and implement a global events marketing strategy aligned with Oritain's vision.
  • Plan, manage, and execute a dynamic calendar of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure smooth event execution and consistent messaging.
  • Generate excitement and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns before, during, and after events.
  • Oversee budgeting and logistics for events, ensuring a measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze post-event performance and metrics to refine and optimize event strategies.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with event organizers, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Equip executives and sales reps with tools and messaging for impactful presentations and connections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
  • Travel internationally to manage and execute events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in events marketing with a track record of delivering high-impact events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders and securing partnerships.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and event management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Events).
  • Experience in a global or multinational organization is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Experience in the supply chain sector is a plus but not required.
