About The Position

Carnival Cruise Line is thrilled to announce openings for our 2026 Summer Internship Program—a unique opportunity to make waves in your professional life. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of cruising. Our Summer Internship Program is your ticket to join us in our Miami, Florida headquarters with a hybrid work schedule. Over 10 weeks, you'll actively contribute to impactful projects, challenge and enhance processes, and gain firsthand insights into our daily operations. Interns will receive mentorship and guidance from Carnival's seasoned professionals, paving the way for your professional growth.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Experience or coursework in instructional design, training development, or compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360, and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine training modules and communication materials on topics such as privacy, ethics, and compliance using tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Collect and analyze training feedback, monitor completion rates, and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Assist in codifying processes for training development and effectiveness measurement, contributing to long-term improvements in compliance education.
• Engage with Legal, HR, Learning & Development, and Communications teams to ensure alignment and impact across departments.
