  • Support CSL Facilities to transition to renewable energy (solar, wind, PPAs, on-site generation, battery storage).
  • Sustainability & Decarbonization Strategy Create and implement comprehensive sustainability roadmaps that are strategically designed to align with and support the CSL environmental, social, and governance objectives. These roadmaps should include clear goals, actionable steps, and measurable outcomes to ensure progress towards a more sustainable and responsible global framework.
  • Model and evaluate carbon-reduction scenarios including electrification, fuel switching, and energy recovery.
  • Support global reporting of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
  • Develop and implement programs for carbon neutrality, responsible water management, and waste reduction. These initiatives will emphasize innovative strategies and collaboration for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting Use energy-management software and IoT systems to monitor real-time performance.
  • Develop and track KPIs such as energy intensity, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, utility costs, and return on investment (ROI) for projects to evaluate financial effectiveness and environmental impact.
  • Prepare sustainability reports for internal leadership, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders if required.
  • Project Engineering & Technical Leadership Lead feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and engineering design reviews.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants for sustainability projects.
  • Develop global engineering standards and ensure consistent project execution across regions.
  • Compliance & Certifications Ensure compliance with global environmental regulations (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, local energy codes).
  • Support certification efforts such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, or ENERGY STAR.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, maintenance, finance, procurement, project engineering, and sustainability teams.
