  • Design and execute a global enablement strategy that aligns internal teams, partners, and customers under a unified framework of learning, adoption, and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build and deliver enablement programs that accelerate performance and adoption.
  • Create and curate content — including playbooks, pitch decks, technical guides, training materials, certifications, and learning paths — tailored for sales, partners, and customers.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Sales, SEs, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to ensure deep understanding of NodeZero’s value, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Develop Partner Enablement Frameworks that drive partner activation, sales readiness, and technical competency through certifications, joint learning programs, and co-marketing content.
  • Own Customer Enablement initiatives that educate users on how to operationalize NodeZero effectively — including self-guided learning, community engagement, and user events.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure GTM teams, partners, and customers stay current on product capabilities, new releases, and best practices.
  • Analyze performance and readiness data to identify gaps in skills, content, or process — and design targeted programs to address them.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to align on launches, messaging, and roadmap updates, ensuring seamless communication across internal and external audiences.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customer, partner, and sales feedback to refine enablement strategies, influence product direction, and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous learning and excellence, fostering a global culture of growth, collaboration, and operational discipline across all go-to-market functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 plus years of experience in sales enablement ideally in cybersecurity at a midsize company.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools - Highspot a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the Sales Process and relevant skill sets used to drive revenue.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, content management platforms and virtual training delivery methods.
  • Strong cross functional skills, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value for go-to-market teams.
