The Global Employee Experience Specialist at World Wide Technology (WWT) plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization. This position is responsible for developing and facilitating a variety of Employee Experience programs aimed at fostering an exceptional work environment. The specialist will cultivate strong business partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to identify and implement Employee Experience solutions that align with the needs of the business. This involves facilitating programs related to Employee, Professional, and Leadership Development, as well as initiatives for Early in Career and New to WWT employees. In addition to program facilitation, the Global Employee Experience Specialist will collaborate with the Employee Development team to create long-term learning plans. This includes selecting appropriate strategies, methodologies, and technologies to support organizational learning. The role also requires designing performance support and learning materials tailored to the needs of end-learners, which may include facilitator guides, job aids, videos, presentations, eLearning modules, and communication plans. The specialist will apply WWT's Integrated Management & Leadership Tools and concepts, coordinate training and development events, and serve as the custodian of internal communication and training tools, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Smartsheet, and the WWT Digital Platform. Effective communication is essential in this role to promote collaboration and high-performance teams (HPT). The specialist will also prepare and maintain internal reports and coordinate meetings to develop strategies and implement plans effectively.
