The Global Education (GE) Team empowers the Global Monetization organization through impactful learning solutions in product enablement, sales enablement, and leadership development. By collaborating with key stakeholders, the team designs scalable learning strategies internally and externally that align with business goals, equipping teams with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive. Through innovative training delivery and data-driven insights, the GE team fosters a culture of continuous learning, driving growth and success in a dynamic global market. We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Insights Manager for Global Education dedicated to measurement and reporting within the internal training team and connecting the dots across cross-functional partners. This role will partner directly with global and regional leaders to build Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports, align impact reporting with defined global program metrics, and ensure reporting fully integrates with our learning priorities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in training analytics, with the ability to extract and consolidate insights from Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and other data sources to provide a clear, compelling narrative of program impact. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that our global training programs are data-driven, impactful, and aligned with strategic business goals.
