We are currently looking for a Global Ecommerce Product Lead to join us at our facility in Glen Mills/Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lead with advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will excel in market research, backlog management, and defining clear product requirements and success metrics. They should possess strong prioritization skills, expertise in omni-channel solutions, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration. Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities, is essential.

  • Conduct thorough market and user research to uncover customer needs and pain points.
  • Validate hypotheses through user testing, feedback, and data analysis to ensure product features align with real-world demands.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Articulate detailed and unambiguous product requirements aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Establish and track success metrics to measure product performance and impact.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and resource constraints.
  • Lead the design and development of system capabilities that empower users and customers.
  • Partner with design and research teams to understand client needs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage product development cycles using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Address challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset and work with leadership to improve the product organization.
  • Experience leading Client Discovery on a regular basis.
  • Previous experience working with B2B platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus.

  • Sustainability initiatives including a 2040 carbon neutrality goal.
