The Global Marketing and Market Access team (GMMA) is pivotal in crafting disease and brand commercial strategies, developing global marketing materials, and negotiating strategies. We work closely with markets to ensure successful implementation. Our team monitors business performance and strategy effectiveness, positioning our brands for long-term success. We also deliver commercial strategies for pipeline programs and establish marketing strategies for new product launches.
