About The Position
Kenvue is currently seeking a Director of Global Retail Excellence, a pivotal role that reports directly to the Head of Global Retail Excellence. This position is based in Skillman, NJ, with plans to relocate to Summit, NJ in early 2025. In this influential leadership role, the Director will partner closely with the Head of Global Retail Excellence, the Retail Excellence Council, Customer Development organizations, and capability leaders across our four commercial regions. The primary focus will be to advance key capabilities and enable executional excellence within the organization. This role is highly visible and requires collaboration with senior customer development and retail excellence leaders at Kenvue to define best-in-class capability roadmaps for all Retail Excellence capabilities. The Director will also lead and shape Kenvue's Customer Experience program, develop and deploy a global key account competency and selling model, and elevate negotiation skills to a strategic level, ensuring Kenvue becomes the partner of choice in top markets. Additionally, the Director will advance the approach to customer segmentation and ensure that Retail Excellence solutions are scalable, driving strategic growth for both Kenvue and its retail partners.
