About The Position

As the Global Director of Sales & Marketing at PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will oversee all aspects of sales, design, and manufacturing of quality products within the division. This role emphasizes compliance with customs regulations, development of distribution channels, and strong leadership to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving high levels of success. The position is pivotal in promoting teamwork and ensuring total customer satisfaction while managing the global strategic sales and marketing plan and budget.

Requirements

  • Four-year technical degree or equivalent training.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a high tech, instrumentation, or related industry specific to the group market focus.
  • Established rapport with key customer accounts.
  • Advanced computer skills including manufacturing operations information systems.
  • Ability to understand financial reports and statements.
  • Strong supervisory and delegation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or MS degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a high tech, instrumentation, or related industry specific to the group market focus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the global strategic sales and marketing plan and annual budget.
  • Direct sales market and channel leadership, marketing, and customer relations.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans, including forecasts and performance feedback.
  • Manage distributor performance and contracts.
  • Provide effective management to sales and marketing resources, including performance and salary reviews.
  • Motivate and lead Directors and teams to achieve high levels of success.
  • Draft, present, and track budgets to ensure alignment with corporate strategic plans.
  • Travel to customers, trade shows, and representatives' locations to support sales activities.
  • Support quality concerns, development projects, and product improvements with operations and engineering management.
  • Ensure effective communication between Sales and Marketing teams and other departments.
  • Adhere to commitments made with key OEMs and contract business.
  • Ensure necessary human resources and capital needs are met to achieve growth targets.
  • Maintain safe work conditions.
