We are seeking a dynamic Digital & Growth Director to lead our digital strategy and drive measurable growth across global markets. This role will oversee the company's website team and be responsible for optimizing our digital presence, enhancing user experience, and delivering measurable pipeline impact through demand generation, content strategy, and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital marketing, web strategy, analytics, and growth optimization, with a proven ability to scale digital ecosystems for a global B2B software company.

  • Own and evolve the company's global digital strategy, with a focus on growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor the website team (design, development, content, UX/UI, SEO, SEM) to deliver a world-class web experience.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's website to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure the website delivers a best-in-class, scalable, and user-friendly experience across global markets.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, site architecture, UX, analytics, personalization, and localization strategies.
  • Lead the Social Media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Drive digital demand generation programs that accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Lead experimentation and testing (A/B, multivariate) to optimize conversion rates and user journeys.
  • Collaborate on paid media and organic campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for digital performance, growth initiatives, and website health.
  • Leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Report results and insights regularly to executive leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or growth roles, preferably in a global B2B SaaS/software environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing digital/website teams.
  • Proven track record of driving digital growth through website optimization, digital campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics platforms, CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager), and martech ecosystems.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, personalization, and global digital operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
