The Global Director of Human Resources provides critical strategic leadership by developing, executing, and managing organization-wide human resources initiatives in the areas of workforce planning, talent management, performance management, training and development, employee relations and engagement. This position serves as a true business partner to provide human capital expertise and leadership to achieve operational excellence. This includes enterprise risk mitigation, organizational culture change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has matrixed responsibility for HR teams across the Motion Control Technologies business, within the Hydraulics Segment of Helios Technologies, with local Managing Directors. Direct responsibility for regional Safety Manager.
