Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Global Digital Sales Director will be responsible for driving digital sales strategies across all global sectors and markets. You’ll lead and execute e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring our products reach new customers and markets through optimizing online sales platforms and enhanced visibility. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven strategies that improve customer engagement and retention. Additionally, you’ll track and analyse key performance metrics, adjusting tactics to maximize our digital presence and ensure Minelab stays ahead in the ever-evolving online marketplace.
