Concentrated on organizing, distributing, and tracking leads obtained via digital channels, incumbent(s) will perform daily monitoring of digital marketing campaigns; Refine the lead management process; Assess and recommend methods to optimize and streamline the lead process; and track the success of the programs. Further responsibilities involve regularly tracking and measuring lead growth, producing reports and monthly dashboards to illustrate associated metrics, determining/assigning sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales person, and quality checks.
