Apple is seeking a creative, dynamic designer for our Enterprise Spatial Design Lab team, which plays a crucial role in helping Apple customers ideate, design, and build innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro. This position is not just about creating products; it's about revolutionizing entire industries through innovative design and user experience. As a Global Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design of spatial applications, ensuring that every solution is built with empathy for the end user in mind. You will create design comps and sketches of potential workflows, stepping through key user workflows to ensure that the solutions are intuitive and user-friendly. In this role, you will design clickable prototypes that allow teams to experience the flow of an application before it is built. Collaboration is key; you will partner with internal lab members and customer teams to develop design elements and user interface concepts. A deep understanding of the product and solution is essential, as you will own the user experience dimension of every project within the Spatial Design Lab. You will also collaborate with developers and technical leads to ensure that your designs are technically achievable and can be implemented effectively. Your role will involve synthesizing insights from research, customer meetings, and sales feedback to inform product strategy and specifications. You will ensure adherence to repeatable, high-quality processes and results, and you will need to exhibit excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to convey your ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
