What this job involves: This position is responsible for managing complex, high-priority programs that are strategically aligned with GREF's key objectives while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be accountable for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program while managing multiple-interrelated project streams as part of overarching program supporting Global Real Estate & Facilities team's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable client's employees to innovate and delight customers. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring projects are tightly aligned with organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives, collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plan, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless project management and strategic program delivery as part of Global Delivery Partners program that drives and supports consistency and scalability for delivery of non-construction projects, processes, and documentation across all regions. What your day-to-day will look like: Ensure projects are tightly aligned with organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives while collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plan Proactively identify opportunities for projects to drive innovation and competitive advantage while managing complex, multi-stream projects with highest level of organizational priority Coordinate work of cross-functional teams including other project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders Establish and maintain clear project governance structure including decision-making processes and escalation procedures Monitor program progress while identifying and mitigating risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions Implement processes and tools to drive continuous improvement across the program while analyzing project performance data and identifying areas for process optimization and operational efficiency Champion culture of innovation and encourage team members to propose new ideas and solutions Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and key decision-makers Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and drive desired outcomes.
