About The Position

We are seeking motivated Interns to join the Global Data & Governance team. As an intern, you will be an integral part of our organization, working closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and implement cutting-edge data and analytics solutions. Multiple positions are available, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects across our portfolio. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience with modern technologies and methodologies, contribute to impactful initiatives, and expand your professional network. You will also participate in tailored personal and professional development sessions led by business leaders to support your growth and long-term career development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, R, and HTML.
• Familiarity with AI and analytics concepts.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-disciplined and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement solutions using technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, R, HTML, AI, and analytics tools.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Python or R to derive insights & catalog the data.
• Support data governance initiatives (e.g., defining data standards, create data/process flow maps, documenting SOPs, and helping initiate and curate entries in the enterprise data catalog).
• Contribute to real-impact projects that support the organization’s strategic goals.
• Participate in personal and professional development sessions with business owners and leaders.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve project milestones.
• Present findings, outcomes, and key learnings to stakeholders at the conclusion of the internship.
