We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially driven Global Costco Lead to own Blueair's global Costco business. This role is responsible for defining global account strategy, setting commercial guardrails, and supporting regional teams who manage local Costco relationships. The scope spans North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets, covering joint business planning, global buyer engagement, range strategy, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will bring deep Costco expertise, a builder's mentality, and the executive presence to represent Blueair at the highest levels of the Costco organization. They will be expected to raise the bar in how we operate globally, lead a cross-functional team across multiple markets, and use data as the foundation for every commercial decision. We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid, and this role requires applicants to live commuting distance from Seattle and work from our Seattle coworking space Tuesday – Thursday each week.
