SUMMARY: The Global Controller for Dermalogica leads all global financial, accounting, consolidation, and control functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role safeguards financial integrity, ensures compliance with Unilever accounting and control standards, and delivers critical insights that shape strategic decisions and global growth. You will strengthen the financial backbone of a premium beauty branddriving accuracy, transparency, and governancewhile enabling Dermalogicas expansion and enterprise-wide strategic priorities within the Unilever ecosystem. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Leadership & Development: Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training team members to build a high-performing global finance function. Work Planning & Oversight: Assigning, directing, and coordinating work to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines. Performance Management: Appraising performance, providing feedback, recognizing achievements, and addressing performance issues as appropriate. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensuring all team activities comply with corporate policies, internal controls, and local/international financial regulations. The Global Controller serves as a strategic partner to senior finance and executive leadership, driving operational excellence, financial integrity, and strong governance across all global finance operations.
