Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Global Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting function for a dynamic, private equity–backed SaaS company. This role is mission-critical to driving financial rigor, operational scalability, and compliance across a growing global footprint. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep NetSuite expertise, strong command of U.S. GAAP (including ASC 606 and ASC 842), and a proven track record of leading audits, managing distributed teams, and implementing automation to scale efficiently. Experience working in PE-backed companies and across international jurisdictions—particularly Israel—is highly preferred.
