About The Position

The Global Continuous Improvement Engineer drives productivity improvements across all plants by working with plant operations teams to resolve issues and develop efficient processes. The role focuses on improving Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and overall Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), ensuring plant performance meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to move between worksites and accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (mostly local and domestic).
  • Onsite/hybrid work schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in process design, implementation, and improvement.
  • Knowledge of the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 2+ years' experience in driving change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
  • Develop and manage capital expenditure plans and budgets.
  • Manage and execute productivity projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety and quality.
  • Monitor and meet performance KPIs, including production line efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, TTB).
  • Support capacity and OEE improvement projects.
