About The Position

As a Global Contingent Workforce Analyst, you'll specialize in guiding Baker Hughes People Leaders on the sourcing, engagement, and management of contingent talent. You will also have oversight of the Vendor performance across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and program optimization.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Have 7+ years of experience in contingent workforce management.
• Be proficient in Staff Augmentation and/or Statement of Work (SOW) contracting framework, standard process, worker classification, risks and industry best practices.
• Have prior experience working in Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms such as: SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Simplify, IQN Navigator, Conexis, Vector, etc.
• Have 4+ years of experience leveraging workforce data analytics, trend analysis and creating data visualizations for leadership team.
• Have prior experience demonstrating a track record of translating data into strategic actionable insights.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Oil & Gas / Energy Technology industry experience.
• Hybrid experience in contingent and employee workforce management, HR/workforce analytics, indirect labor procurement, or a related discipline.
• Experience and proficiency understanding the foundation of Statement of Work contracts and Staffing agreements as they relate to addressing an organization’s workforce planning strategy and resource utilization.
• Relevant project-based consulting experience.
• Working knowledge leveraging technologies like Smartsheet, Power App, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identifying Talent Needs - Assessing global staffing requirements to determine where and when contingent workers are needed to fill skill gaps or manage fluctuating workloads.
• Maintaining Program Governance - Ensuring all contingent workers are properly classified and comply with local labor laws regarding contracts, taxes, benefits, and work hours.
• Performance Management: Identifying gaps, prepare performance analysis, provide feedback to agencies and enable their development in the program.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks and issues, such as data security concerns or legal liabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Identifying, Influencing and Implementing Change: Partnering with the Contingent Workforce Leader to implement innovative contingent labor management practices.
• Workforce Data & Operational Analysis: Interpreting and analyzing staffing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Providing Strategic Recommendations: Providing strategic recommendations to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports that present workforce data and insights in a clear and accessible manner.
• Collaboration: Partner with People Leaders, HR, procurement, sourcing, and suppliers to ensure alignment with business needs and workforce strategy.
• Compliance management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and contingent workforce regulations to minimize and mitigate risks.
• Integrating strategic and tactical planning: Executing and implementing deliverables, breaking down strategic plans into actionable tasks and milestones.
• Market insights: Staying updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in contingent workforce management.
• Leadership support: Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive workforce strategy impacting business continuity, productivity, and daily operations.
