About The Position

Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a risk-based global compliance program tailored to manufacturing operations. Establish and update policies related to compliance and regulatory agencies. Provide regular compliance reports Support compliance with global standards. Deliver global ethics and compliance training tailored to plant managers and procurement teams. Partner with Global Quality, Operations Management, and other pertinent departments to ensure compliance with product and industry standards. Support regulatory compliance certifications (e.g., CE marking, ISO standards). Manage product recall compliance processes and regulatory notifications Conduct global compliance audits of manufacturing sites. Implement corrective action plans and monitor remediation effectiveness. Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with relevant international standards and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QMS and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements related to the industry and ensure the organization's compliance. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback from various sources. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance overall quality performance. Assist with ISO 9001 audits and maintain all necessary records and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company policy. Qualifications 8–12+ years of experience in global compliance within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments. Experience working with global facilities. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable. Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent). Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO:9001 is required. Must have the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to deliver well organized presentations to a large audience. Able to make independent decisions without supervisory assistance. Able to travel globally as required Skills & Competencies Deep knowledge of global manufacturing regulatory environments. Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in global compliance within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
Experience working with global facilities.
Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO:9001 is required.
Must have the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
