The Global Compliance and Performance Manager is responsible for gathering, processing, analyzing, and reporting a wide range of data to ensure compliance and performance reporting for JLL's global operations. This role involves collaboration with the Global Operations Manager and Global Account Executive to exceed performance goals and maintain compliance with contractual obligations. The manager will lead global processes and systems, provide expert advice to improve performance, and report results to both JLL and clients.

  • Gather, process, analyze, and report on data for compliance and performance information.
  • Lead global processes and systems related to Momentum, Medalia, GAME, and CLIMB.
  • Provide expert advice to Global Lead Team members to improve performance and exceed client goals.
  • Report results to JLL and clients as agreed upon.
  • Provide management and detailed instruction to support operations teams in standardized contract processes.
  • Ensure signed contracts are communicated to relevant parties for visibility and awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
  • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contract compliance.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting as required.
  • Lead the global Performance Management strategy and exceed performance goals related to KPIs.
  • Develop performance management reporting requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for processes, systems, and tools like Momentum and GAME.
  • Cooperate with Centers of Excellence/Service Line Leaders for data gathering and reporting.
  • Draft quarterly and annual reporting for KPI and performance metrics for client review.
  • Interact professionally and collaboratively with all members of the Lead Team.
  • Share data and work products with Global Operations Manager and their managers.
  • Maintain tracking of performance indicators and reporting as specified in agreements.
  • Experience in management reporting and compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to process and report on data.
  • Expertise in performance management and KPI development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Momentum, GAME, and Medallia.
  • Experience in a global operations environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive salary range of $117,000 - $163,000 per year.
