About The Position

We are seeking a talented and strategic Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our global initiatives and ensure our offerings remain competitive and equitable across all regions. Reporting directly to the SVP, Human Resources, the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with our company's strategic goals. This role will oversee the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent globally. The ideal candidate will bring analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to drive impactful compensation and benefits strategies.
