About The Position

Lead Global Commercial Finance & Regional Finance team supporting Commercial Finance, SG&A, Material Cost and Strategy through monthly close, reporting & analytics, and regional EBITDA profitability analysis. Finance partner responsible for driving profitable growth and margin expansion. Strategic business partner for Chief Commercial Officer, in addition to partnering with Business Finance Leaders on operating rhythms to ensure efficient and accurate consolidation for the Momentive Business Finance Leader and Chief Marketing Officer. Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday Relocation benefits are available. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in accounting, economics, finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in an industrial finance/manufacturing setting with at least 5 years in a management position
  • Excellent SAP ERP knowledge
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, et.)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic business partner for the chief commercial officer, supporting commercial, SG&A, and Regional EBITDA profitability-related activities
  • Responsible for consolidating and leading a finance team supporting Momentive Regional Revenue totaling $2.4B and $300MM of EBITDA
  • Responsible for driving the quarterly, annual, and 5-year financial performance and associated operating rhythms for Regional and Segment Teams.
  • Owner of the Regional Sales, SG&A, and Regional EBITDA annual operating plan, and 5-year long-term financial planning, coordinating with Segment Finance Leaders to ensure consistency across the regions.
  • Provide support to accounting during the month-end close
  • Ad-hoc analytics and modeling for business needs
  • Facilitate change by seeking opportunities to transform or improve systems, processes, and model adaptability
  • Owner of the monthly business review process – coordinating with business finance leaders for preparation and analysis of the monthly business review with the Leadership Team
  • Lead and manage the Regional and Commercial Finance Teams, providing opportunities to build a finance pipeline
  • Responsible for coordinating with the business finance leader on monthly business reviews withthe CEO and CFO discussions
  • Travel requirements 10-15%

  • Base Pay Range: $158,000 - $231,550
  • The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
  • Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
