About The Position
The Global Center of Excellence (COE) Leader for Manufacturing Operations at Chemours will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies, processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), operational reliability, yield, and cost-effective solutions across global manufacturing sites. This role involves leading a small team and collaborating with various operational leaders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within Chemours' manufacturing operations.
