The role involves performing routine maintenance, system upgrades, configuration, vulnerability remediation, and break/fix services for both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Additionally, the specialist will support various applications, perform remote installations, and assist in optimizing infrastructure operations. Key tasks include system recovery, platform updates, policy management, and scheduled/emergency server reboots, all while adhering to best practices and service-level agreements.
