About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team that is a vital role in our Sales team in meeting objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. Through establishing and building trusted cross-functional relationships, our CSS has a key focus on strategy, data driven analysis, analytics and diagnostic reporting that informs partnership direction, measurement analysis mapped to product adoption, presentation narrative development, customer facing TikTok product suite education. Success in this position requires a focus on commercial acumen, finding the intersection of purpose between technology, audiences and media to drive business outcomes, account development, and the ability to provide custom solutions solving business, category and brand challenges for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience working in digital media, advertising, or enterprise-level tech platforms.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a client-facing role focused on strategic account planning, commercial growth, and investment analysis for large, global advertisers.
  • Proven expertise in product adoption, measurement integration, and aggregated campaign planning/execution in a platform or publisher environment.
  • Data and Audits Specialist with demonstrated data scientist acumen: the ability to design data narratives, execute complex multi-variable analysis (beyond basic reporting), and effectively story-tell with data to influence commercial outcomes with high proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Clear understanding of the difference between a fact, a trend, and a disruptive insight, and the ability to identify "eureka moments" from a vertical perspective that inform commercial, product, or partnership strategy.
  • Exceptional Quantitative and Qualitative thinker with a track record of leading complex, multi-regional projects and collaborating effectively with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Does not require complete information or direct permission to exhibit proactive, action-oriented leadership and decision-making.

  • Prior experience working in a global or regional capacity, managing relationships across different time zones and cultures, demonstrating a strong commitment to cultural humility and nuance in global business.
  • Deep familiarity and comfort with MarSci (Marketing Science) and Product-level data access, able to leverage it to build proprietary commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Marquee Account Data Analysis, Reporting & Partnership Strategy: Own the end-to-end strategic and operational support for a marquee global account, serving as the primary internal S&O POC to drive data analysis, macro brand and account reporting, sales execution and commercial success across multiple regional markets.
  • Cross-Functional GTM Leadership: Act as the internal connective tissue and core operating partner, leading complex, multi-regional workstreams by aligning Product, Content, and Revenue teams to define, govern, and efficiently implement the global commercial Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Advanced Commercial Analysis & Roadmapping: Apply a management consulting approach to global investment analysis, commanding an advanced understanding of commercial mapping to translate client challenges into sophisticated product adoption roadmaps and data-informed investment recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Product & Business Development Expertise: Serve as the team's product and measurement expert, developing deep knowledge of TikTok offerings and unlocking new business opportunities by improving client understanding and empowering regional sales teams to deliver full-funnel solutions.
  • Voice of the Customer & Market Intelligence: Act as the internal strategic knowledge center by proactively tracking, interpreting, and reporting on evolving commercial dynamics and industry patterns (e.g., CPG/FMCG) to anticipate commercial risks and translate advertiser needs into actionable shared value proposals.
  • Executive-Ready Thought Leadership: Develop and deploy high-quality, executive-ready thought leadership materials (e.g., global best practice playbooks, measurement frameworks) that elevate internal and external conversations around creative, ad products, and business outcomes.
  • Client Performance Review & Guidance: Lead the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), distilling complex data insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to guide client best practices and drive consensus on the path forward.
  • Internal Education & Value Consensus: Proactively distill global account trends and complex data insights to steward internal education and convey knowledge and expertise with clarity and candor, effectively driving value and partnership consensus among regional and cross-functional teams.
