The Global Client Solutions Lead is a senior advisor who partners with the world’s largest organisations to co-ideate and implement their human capital roadmap. Reporting to the Global Client Solutions Director, this individual works with a team of Global Account Directors (GADs), to act as a strategic thought partner to C/C-1 HR and talent executives in order to help them achieve their people strategy goals. This role sits at the heart of our global sales function and is directly accountable for revenue generation through the unlocking of downstream sales opportunities across our suite of services including; leadership development, coaching, professional/executive recruitment, up/re-skilling, career development & mentoring, and outplacement. This may also include direct client involvement (billable work) where beneficial to secure wider opportunities. The successful incumbent will be capable of building trust with multinational organisations, diagnosing their challenges then working these through to solution. Topics would likely include such as; future skills sourcing, talent retention strategies, cultural change programmes and strategic workforce planning.
