As a Global Client General Manager, you’ll own the retention and growth plan for your dedicated account. We’re looking for proactive professionals with expertise for business travel and passion for world-class customer service experience. Requirements

  • Proven understanding of the business travel industry
  • Experience in a similar role / supporting global clients
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle contending demands
  • Adaptation and flexibility is key
  • Proactive identification and resolution of challenges
  • Professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Collaborative and open to feedback

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client retention and growth plan for account portfolio
  • Proactively identify risks to the portfolio; develop and implement an action plan
  • Collaborate with operations and other internal Amex GBT teams
  • Influence key client decision makers, educating about Amex GBT’s value and key differentiators
  • Increase transaction revenue for Amex GBT and key suppliers
  • Proactively share client and market trends to internal and external leaders
