About The Position
The Global Client Manager (GCM) at NTT America Solutions, Inc. is responsible for generating new revenue through the sale of high bandwidth IP transit services to ISPs and internet-centric companies. This role emphasizes transactional acquisition of new clients while managing existing accounts to drive incremental revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The GCM will collaborate closely with various teams within the Global IP Network (GIN) to enhance the overall customer experience and lead strategic engagements.
