Real Chemistry is seeking a seasoned executive to join our growing Client Experience and Growth team as a Global Client Lead (GCL), serving as a dedicated senior point person for a few of our largest clients. Serving as a senior executive level trusted advisor and counsel to our clients and teams, the Global Client Leader is a value-add to our clients and was born out of the opportunity to improve the value of Real Chemistry to our clients' business, and the need for a more integrated, efficient, and high-touch experience for our clients and our internal teams. With a focus on delivering exceptional, tailored experiences for our clients, these individuals ensure seamless integration across Real Chemistry services and alignment with our client's business objectives -- proactively identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and preventing any gaps in service. Ultimately, this personalized approach strengthens partnerships and maximizes client value, while ensuring that Real Chemistry maintains its reputation as a trusted partner in the healthcare space, delivering impactful results for clients worldwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, ideally overseeing portfolios exceeding $50 million.
  • Expertise in global pharmaceutical advertising and communications, with the ability to navigate and influence complex client environments.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of understanding the broader client business landscape and identifying opportunities for Real Chemistry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a passion for cultivating high-performance teams and cultures.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet client and corporate priorities.
  • Successfully navigate within a matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to both lead strategic initiatives ('on the business') and engage directly with teams to drive execution ('in the business').

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients, ensuring seamless integration of our global operating model across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Develop and nurture senior-level client relationships, being a trusted advisor and strategic partner by deeply understanding business dynamics and market competition within the industry and specific to the client.
  • Lead a global team with a vision for collaboration, accountability, and excellence, ensuring alignment with client goals and Real Chemistry's strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth through the proactive identification of opportunities, facilitating Real Chemistry's inclusion in RFX activities and converting these into successful engagements.
  • Conduct regular strategic growth planning, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Oversee procurement relationships in collaboration with finance partners to ensure smooth operational and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of the communications/PR, medical and advertising spaces to create growth opportunities and establish senior level relationships.
