The position involves maintaining and enhancing Lockton's relationships with existing clients through proactive and creative contact initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of client account needs and the ability to provide strategic planning and consulting advice, including the production of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordination of vendor responses, and analysis of RFP responses. Regular consultations with clients to review investment options, vendor services, fees, strategies, and goals are essential. The position also involves reviewing large claims and abnormal utilization results, issuing profitability assists on fee-at-risk proposals, and assisting in revenue goal attainment for both existing and new business. Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining relationships with carriers and broker servicing networks, overseeing issue resolution between clients and vendors, and generating new business opportunities through cross-selling. Mentoring and training junior staff, researching industry trends, and performing other responsibilities as needed are also part of the job.
