The role requires providing initial market entry and compliance analyses and executing the renewal process. As a senior coverage expert across all lines of business, the individual will be accountable for all elements of program design, placement, and service execution. The position also focuses on identifying opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs, articulating Lockton's global capabilities, value proposition, and differentiators. Additionally, the role includes analyzing exposures, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and ensuring the accuracy of reported data, as well as creating timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons, and coverage reviews. Building and maintaining relationships with Country Managers, underwriting partners, and service teams is essential, providing feedback on service quality, performance, and personnel changes.
