About The Position

As a Global Change Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling collaboration across the global (bio)pharma industry. You will lead and guide expert workstreams, helping members share best practices, develop industry guidance, and drive measurable change. Blending project management, scientific thinking, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, you will create high-performing environments where ideas turn into impactful industry outcomes. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring adaptability, strong communication skills, and a bias for action.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of the (bio)pharma landscape, including CDMOs and/or consulting environments
  • Proven experience managing projects or change programmes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver against timelines
  • Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Comfortable working remotely and engaging teams across multiple channels
  • A natural facilitator who enjoys driving collaboration and dialogue
  • A strong communicator who can influence and bring people along a journey
  • A proactive problem-solver with sound judgement
  • A team player who values continuous improvement and feedback

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead a portfolio of global workstreams, delivering high-quality outputs that reflect the collective voice of industry leaders
  • Create engaging, collaborative environments that foster participation, insight-sharing, and community
  • Guide workstreams to deliver outcomes on time using structured project and change management approaches
  • Design and facilitate both virtual and in-person events that deliver clear value and ROI to members
  • Co-create impactful deliverables such as industry guidance, proof of concepts, business cases, and conference presentations
  • Monitor member engagement, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges
  • Maintain and optimise internal systems and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, collaboration platforms, reporting materials)
  • Capture and communicate value stories that demonstrate the impact of collaboration
  • Feed member insights back into the organisation to continuously improve offerings
