About The Position
Hexcel is currently seeking a Global Capital Manager for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location. This position can also be located in Casa Grande, AZ, Decatur, AL, Seguin, TX, or Pottsville, PA locations. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the Capital Project system, ensuring all projects are tracked, managed, and reported accurately. The role involves maintaining the Capex SharePoint site, Capex 360 system, and the CER approval workflow, while looking for improvement opportunities in all aspects of Capex management. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders globally to standardize processes and ensure reliable project execution, generate monthly capex reports and forecasts, and support preparation of CERs as needed.
