Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a sales or sales development capacity within a software or technology environment
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capability including the ability to influence and inspire the team
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Familiar with sales engagement, enrichment and intelligence tools for prospecting
  • Familiar with CRM
  • Quick learner and team player with experience working in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and the broader GTM organization
  • Determined, able to overcome objections and not afraid of rejection
  • Desire to progress a career in sales
  • Effective time management to complete objectives
  • Experience of exceeding results and other KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy team environment
  • Willingness to work from the office a minimum of 3 days / week
  • Some international travel expected

Responsibilities

  • Drive scale, innovation and repeatability in best-in-class lead generation
  • Lead, coach and mentor a global team of Sales and Business Development Representatives to engage potential prospects through phone, email, and social channels
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and maintain active engagement strategies, creating awareness and education through strategic follow-ups in partnership with the Account Executive (AE)
  • Partner with marketing to support messaging, initiatives, campaigns and events
  • Create a strong operational cadence to drive team performance and ensure we meet and exceed our quotas and KPIs
