About The Position

We’re looking for a Global Business Development Lead to build and scale a high-performing inbound and outbound pipeline engine that drives new logo growth across our global markets. This is a senior leadership role for someone who loves building teams, improving conversion efficiency, and creating repeatable systems that deliver predictable results. You’ll lead global SDR/BDR teams through regional player-coach leaders, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure demand turns into high-quality opportunities. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, sales productivity, and how quickly new talent ramps and succeeds. Requirements

  • Experience leading and scaling SDR/BDR or business development teams in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of building predictable inbound and outbound pipeline.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, and developing managers.
  • Deep understanding of sales development metrics, tooling, and funnel optimization.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global inbound and outbound business development strategy.
  • Lead and scale SDR/BDR teams across regions through player-coach managers.
  • Ensure teams are fully staffed, well-trained, and consistently high-performing.
  • Deliver qualified pipeline aligned to new logo ARR targets.
  • Improve conversion rates from lead to meeting, and meeting to opportunity.
  • Ensure outbound opportunities meet quality standards and are accepted by Sales.
  • Hire and onboard new team members with clear expectations for success.
  • Build onboarding and training programs that ramp new hires to productivity in under 60 days.
  • Coach leaders and reps to continually improve skills, productivity, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales on qualification standards, messaging, and handoffs.
  • Partner with Marketing on ICP definition, campaigns, and inbound performance.
  • Align with Revenue Operations on tooling, data quality, and reporting.
  • Drive effective use of CRM, automation, and sales development tools.
  • Track and report on pipeline coverage, productivity, and conversion metrics.
  • Use data and feedback loops to continuously improve the BD motion.
