Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the healthcare and life sciences sectors
• Demonstrated success in driving large-scale revenue and profit gains, including scaling businesses from scratch
• Strong expertise in various areas of healthcare technology, such as Digital Health, Cloud, IoT, Data, AI/ML, Telehealth, Telemedicine, Wearables, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Digital Therapies (DTx)
• Extensive experience in international markets, particularly APAC and Middle East
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, clinicians, and technology and healthcare executives
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to define business models, conduct due diligence, and evaluate investment opportunities
• Experience with P&L management and creating financial business cases
• Ability to work in both structured and dynamic environments
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global business development strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
• Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships and alliances with a diverse range of companies, including healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and tech companies
• Drive business growth through new initiatives, market assessments, financial modeling, and the creation of viable business cases
• Manage complex negotiations and contract agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product management, R&D, legal, finance) to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and internal promotion
• Represent the company at domestic and international industry events, networking with key opinion leaders and executives
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify new growth opportunities and refine strategies
