About The Position

Global Business Consultant – Strategic Accounts Serve as a global strategic partner to customers and internally by providing end‑to‑end support across sales operations, strategic account planning, contract management, and executive-level client engagement to drive coordinated execution and successful customer outcomes Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years of experience in sales or financial services related roles
Moderate experience in sales support / administration and / or relevant technical field

Responsibilities

Serve as a global subject-matter resource for customers and Strategic Account Management, providing guidance on sales-related matters, business policies, procedures, and sales enablement tools.
Act as a primary client-facing partner for the global Strategic Account Management organization, ensuring effective coordination, alignment, and timely responses to customer needs.
Support executive-level client engagements by preparing executive briefings and contributing to the development and execution of strategic account plans.
Perform ad hoc reporting and in-depth analysis to support pipeline management, contract interpretation, identification of customer trends, and future sales strategy development.
Manage complex contracts and global product implementations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and successful outcomes.
Partner with sales leadership to resolve issues, interpret sales policies and procedures, and provide guidance on complex or non-standard situations.
Communicate pricing and product information directly to customers when appropriate and in alignment with internal guidelines.
Oversee global coordination of sales operations activities, including order processing, fulfillment, compensation inquiries, and other sales process–related requests.
