About The Position

SUMMARY OF POSITION : . Leading execution on third party promotional programs including but not limited to acquisition and dissemination of confidential assets needed to develop successful programs. Integral part of approvals process/asset management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of previous Brand Partnerships and partner execution experience required.
  • Project management and/or event management experience required.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts preferred.
  • Typing at 50 wpm.
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, + PowerPoint required.
  • Familiar with or willing to learn Photoshop and eRooms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate issues in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of: Fortune 500 and packaged goods companies preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage, and report & letter formats
  • Must pay close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and problem solve (within scope of responsibilities).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on the telephone.
  • Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
  • Must have excellent organizational and follow-through skills and be able to schedule work effectively.
  • Must be able to work well under time constraints and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently, have initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Act as day-to-day lead contact for promotional partners during program execution and manage project timelines.
  • Acquire and disseminate approved assets to domestic partners for use in execution (trailers, one-sheets/stills, synopses, etc.). May include confidential, unreleased and watermarked materials.
  • Route creative through internal departments (legal, creative, etc.)
  • Route creative assets and programs to talent for their approval.
  • Ensure we are collaborating across all internal departments and leveraging our partnerships as needed.
  • Assist with filmmaker vetting and presentations.
  • Assist with managing budgets on assigned films alongside the team.
  • Develop and maintain numerous databases, including files, promotional contact lists and promotional archives
  • Attend weekly internal task force and film related meetings to ensure we are integrating our campaigns as needed.
