About The Position

The Global Brand Marketing Analyst at Sonos will support the development and execution of global brand initiatives across various channels and regions. This role involves strategic thinking, collaboration, and hands-on execution to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence in every market. The analyst will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Team to create integrated marketing activations that align with the brand's core values and positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing communications, preferably with global campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics across various channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and experience in analyzing large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all marketing materials and communications align with global brand guidelines and reflect the brand's core values.
  • Consolidate market research efforts on consumer trends, competitor activities, and regional preferences to inform global marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to create integrated marketing strategies that connect various touchpoints.
  • Help manage the day-to-day aspects of marketing strategy, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in tracking brand performance and preparing reports for key stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
