  • Overseeing the company's visual identity and design strategy.
  • Leading a global design team to create and maintain the brand's identity and experiences across various channels and guest touchpoints.
  • Developing a design system: Creating a comprehensive set of guidelines and assets for designers to follow.
  • Leading cross-functional teams: Collaborating with marketing, RBE, DBE, Events, product development and design, strategic sales, and regional teams.
  • Adapting to local markets: Working with regional teams to localize brand elements while maintaining core brand identity.
  • Maintaining a global brand aesthetic: Defining and protecting the overarching look and feel of the brand.
  • Developing and executing a long-term brand design strategy.
  • Quality control: Reviewing and approving all design assets to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stakeholder communication: Presenting design concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversight of packaging design direction across all global touchpoints.
  • Oversight of design for Campaign and 365 Toolkits/Playbooks.
  • Lead and oversee Identity for Campaign IDs with internal resources or external agencies.
  • 10+ years' experience with global expertise.
  • Mastery of design principles and visual storytelling across different mediums.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Expertise in industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of brand positioning, differentiation, and brand architecture.
  • Understanding of marketing and consumer trends.
  • Global perspective on design and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
